Returns

• Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• To start a return, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

• We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability.
• Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an exchange.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Skincare and personal care products that have been opened or used.
• Items marked as final sale.
